From February 09 through March 01, Sierra Darien will be conducting its annual warehouse maintenance — a scheduled operational process designed to enhance long-term efficiency, reliability, and fulfillment precision.
Order Processing Timeline
Orders placed between Feb 09 – Mar 01 will be scheduled for processing beginning March 02. Select best-selling pieces may continue to ship as normal and will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing. Due to limited seasonal inventory, cancelled orders may not be eligible for repurchase once the maintenance period has ended.

Previously Placed Orders
Orders placed prior to February 09 remain unaffected. In rare cases where adjustments are required, our customer support team will reach out directly with guidance and available options.
